From the Beginning…
We are a Scottish-based risk management company based in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. Our specialities lie in the buy-to-let sector and we offer a wide range of products and services for both Landlords and Tenants throughout the UK.
Leaseguard was set up in 1999 as part of the Arnott Northern Insurance Group. In 2002 a successful management buy-out was completed.
